The St. Louis County Historical Society’s 91st Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held March 26, with College of St. Scholastica President Larry Goodwin serving as the featured speaker.

Goodwin will present “For the Love of Learning”, an overview of the growth and changes in the college over the past hundred years, including the impact of technology on higher education, and how the history of the college connects with Duluth and St. Louis County’s history.

The event begins at 5 p.m. with a social hour, followed by a dinner prepared and served by the Radisson Hotel Duluth Harborview. There will be cash bar.

The program will begin at 7 p.m., followed by the business meeting at approximately 7:45 p.m. During this meeting the election/re-election of Society board members for the following year will be conducted and affiliate representatives and the St. Louis County board representative will be ratified by the vote of the membership present.
