A water main break in the Duluth Piedmont Heights neighborhood Tuesday has caused some residents to be without water for the past two days and nights. City crews have been working around the clock through dangerously cold temperatures to locate and repair the break. As of early today (Thursday), crews pinpointed the cause of the leak and are now completing repairs. Water should be restored to all residents in the Piedmont neighborhood by midday today.
